Looking up serial or lot information in MISys
If you have serial or lot tracking enabled in your MISys database, a quick and easy way to look up those items and the associated serial or lot numbers is to review them in the stock control menu.
See below:
Users are able to search for an item, and then get a quick snap shot of the available lots and stocking metrics for each lot/serial number associated to that item.
Once a lot/serial number is identified, users can select to drill down into that lot number to review further details such as lot comments, history, where the lot is used info and component info.
