MISys Manufacturing – Where to find Transaction Data.

When investigating transactions, a handy report to know about is the Master Transaction Log. The log can be run with a variety of parameter settings (below) and can be exported to excel for additional analysis.

The List of Transaction Types is extensive and can be filtered to include any, or all, of the following:

No Transaction, Dispense Stock, Dispense Reserve, Reserve Item, Write-Off Item, Allocate from Stock, Allocate from Reserve, Reserve Assembly, Assemble from Stock, Assembly from Reserve, Assemble from WIP, Receive from Supplier, Receive against PO, Item to Sales, Range to Sales, Assembly Components to Sales, Dispense Assembly Components from Stock, Dispense Assembly Components from Reserve, Reserve Assembly Components, Close PO, Invoice PO, Count Stock, Adjust Cost, Allocate Item from Stock, Move Stock, Open PO, Allocate Item from Reserve, Close MO, Allocate Assembly Components from Stock, Dispense MO Resources, Scrap Component WIP, Scrap Kit Component WIP, Allocate Assembly Components from Reserve

An example report for item SL29 that includes all Transactions over a week time frame is shown below.
