Doing a Physical Inventory - Step 2 : Loading Inventory Batches (Using Inventory Snapshot)

Hi MISys Users,

If you have gone through the stage of recording an inventory snapshot (as shown in previous post) – the next stage is to load that inventory snapshot into a physical inventory batch.

Once Worksheet is Selected – Choose “Yes” on the below pop up

Next, choose your Count Type, Count Quantity, Date and Append options before hitting OK.

Once all of the selections have been made, the batch will populate with the recorded items and their relative stock levels- at which point, the count quantities can be entered.
