MISys Manufacturing – Finding Items by Supplier Product Code.

In most cases, when looking for an item, we know the Item Number to use to search for the item in MISys. Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where we only know the Supplier’s Item Product Code, not the MISys Item ID.

For these situations, MISys provides a Supplier Product Code lookup feature.

In order to use this feature, go to Master Files -> Look-Ups

Click Product Code and enter the Product Code attribute, then click Look Up.

In the following example, the requirement is to list all items with a Supplier Product Code starting with the characters ‘CAP’.
