Registered users with MISys support have access to the MISys Customer Service and Support page. If a technical issue comes up that requires the assistance of MISys technical support, simply login to the MISys Web site and click the help desk icon.

From there a support ticket can be created. The status of the support ticket will be e-mailed. MISys technical support strives to deal with all questions within 24 hours of submittal.
