Back-up Your Reports Directory Prior to MISys Upgrade

Ok, so upgrade season is upon us and we're starting to get all those calls from customers who upgraded their system prior to having a quick call with us here at CNS. One of the main themes of those calls is 'We've lost all our custom reports'. Please make sure that you back up your reports directory prior to upgrading from one version of MISys to another. You won't always lose your reports during an upgrade but it happens often enough that we recommend backing up the directory as part of your standard upgrade process.
