Sage 300 2021 Crystal Report Error

Hello All

We have seen that Sage 300 2021 is installing a newer Crystal Reports runtime that appears to cause issues with applications that are using an older version of the Crystal Reports runtime (such as MISys ).

This prevents reports from running properly and you might get an error like this:

We do have a workaround where you can edit a MISys config file to force MISys to use the newer Crystal runtime. This should hopefully allow you to run reports without error in MISys.
